Eminem has some slurs reserved for his old adversary Benzino.
In his feature on Lyrical Lemonade's debut album, "All Is Yellow" (which was released on Friday), Eminem had harsh words for the former "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star
Lemonade confessed last year that he had prevented his magazine, The Source, from giving the rapper from Detroit, Michigan, a five-star rating for his 2002 album, "The Eminem Show."
Doomsday Pt. 2" is Eminem's follow-up to "Doomsday," which features the late Juice WRLD and Cordae. On the tune, Benzino is criticized for his looks and possible money problems.
Listen, I have a riddle for you. On one condition, you can't laugh. Alright? Then, what is the antonym of Benzino?" (Hmm, what's unclear?) In his rapping, Eminem mentions a giraffe. And then he mocks the fact that he can't "go at his neck" as, "How can I go at somethin' he doesn't have?
After that, he takes a shot at Benzino's potential financial woes, saying, "Sorry, I don't mean (What?) to upset you, Ben' (Yeah)/ When I talk about (What?) all the debt you in." "But this doesn't bring me no joy to say (Huh?)/ Guess that Coi Leray feat's in the toilet, ay?" Eminem also suggests that he missed out on a chance to work with Coi Leray, who is the daughter of Benzino.
Some listeners have noticed that the instrumental for "Doomsday" and "Doomsday Pt. 2" is identical to that of "Role Model," a 1999 single by Eminem. "Pull Your Skirt Up" by Benzino and "Nail in the Coffin" by Eminem are just two examples of the many songs in which the two rappers have attacked each other, fueling their long-running hatred.
Along with Eminem, Kid Cudi, Lil Yachty, Latto, Jack Harlow, Swae Lee, Juicy J, and Chief Keef are some of the famous names that contributed to the album Lyrical Lemonade (also known as Cole Bennett).
